Rental Rates
Our rental rates are designed to give you the flexibility to celebrate your way.
You must book set up time into your rental hours. A free 30-minute breakdown window is included after event end time; however, for additional time, please book enough hours in your booking.
Weekday Event Rentals
$100/hr
Monday-Thursday (All Day)
Friday: 9am-3pm
- Includes seating with tables and chairs for up to 64 guests.
- Black table linens ($30 cleaning fee.)
- Black chair covers can be rented for $2/chair. Additional guests are $3/guest (if chair cover rentals needed $4/guest)
$150 deposit required
Weekend Event Rentals
$125/hr
Friday: After 3PM
Saturday & Sunday (All Day)
Full Day Rental (8+ hours): $1500
- Includes seating with tables and chairs for up to 64 guests.
- Black table linens ($30 cleaning fee.)
- Black chair covers can be rented for $2/chair. Additional guests are $3/guest (if chair cover rentals needed $4/guest)
- For full-day rentals, you will have access to the hall for the entire day. (9am -12am)
$300 deposit required
Hourly Rentals
Varies
Monday-Thursday: $75/hour
Friday-Sunday: $100/hour
- Non-party rentals (no decorations or tables & chairs required)
Workshop & Classroom Rentals: $150/hour
- 2-hour minimum
- Includes tables & chairs for up to 50 guests
- Additional tables & chairs can be rented at an additional fee
- Black table linens included ($25 cleaning fee).
- Black chair covers can be rented for $2/chair
